Tranmere have snapped up the signature of former Swansea and Leeds winger Andy Robinson until the end of the season.

The move signals the 31-year old's third spell at Prenton Park after he began his professional career at the club in 2002. The former Swansea man, who became a free agent after leaving Leeds in December, joined Rovers on loan at the end of last season, playing five times and scoring in the win against Millwall. Manager Les Parry said: "I'm delighted to be able to bring Andy back to the club again. "Our fans saw what he was capable of last season. He's a top quality player with fantastic vision. He can score goals, create them for others and will work hard for the team. "He's a great addition to the squad and he will bring us a wealth of experience."
