Zoumana Bakayogo is on the verge of leaving Tranmere, according to his manager Ronnie Moore.
The Ivorian defender has started each of Rovers' 51 games this season in his fourth season at Prenton Park. But Moore revealed the League One side are no closer to capturing Bakayogo's signature for next season, with talks with the player's agent continuing to stall, and Saturday's game with Bournemouth could be his last for the club. Moore told the club's official website: "I'll be very surprised if he is here next year. "We've spoken to him and he's saying all the right things but it's not getting through to the agent because he still hasn't rung me. "I think the game on Saturday will be Zoum's last game for us."
