Young goalkeeper Preston Edwards has inked his first professional contract with League One side Millwall.
The England Under-18 shot-stopper was originally due to sign the deal on October 7 when The Lions faced Bournemouth but after he sustained a shoulder injury in training it was put on hold.
The 17-year-old finally put pen-to-paper on the contract, which secures his future at The Den until June 2009, on Thursday.
He will now hope to break into caretaker manager Willie Donachie's side.
