Eagles swoop for striker Easter

Championship side Crystal Palace have signed striker Jermaine Easter from MK Dons for an undisclosed fee.

The 28-year-old Wales international, who was only recalled by the Dons from a loan at Swansea earlier in the week, has penned a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Eagles and will be available for Saturday's match which is, ironically, against the Swans. Easter, who is a product of the Wolves youth system, joined Dons from Plymouth in 2009 and went on to make 63 appearances, scoring 21 goals.
