The young triumvirate have been rewarded for their continued progress this term after initially earning enhanced deals last July.
The players have all been given one-year extensions in addition to having their pay packets increased.
Railwaymen manager Dario Gradi felt the trio warranted the fresh deals to put them more on a par with their Gresty Road team-mates.
"Now we have increased all their money and extended their contracts," said Gradi.
"Basically, they were behind in their wages and we had promised we would review it after Christmas, which we have done."
While Vaughan (pictured) and Rix have been figuring regularly this term, Bell has yet to make a league start despite several substitute appearances.
Gradi admitted the 20-year-old was desperate to establish himself with the Second Division promotion-chasers but wants Bell to bide his time.
He added: "Belly has plenty of character and he is not phased. He is impatient to get into the team. He's a talented boy.
"Now he just needs to learn to curb his personality for the benefit of the team, which he is doing."
