Crewe boss Steve Davis insists he wants to add some experienced players to his squad for the 2015-16 campaign.
The Alex finished one place above the relegation zone by two points, and Davis revealed that he is currently in negotiations with a number of players about their futures. Davis said: "It is going to be a busy closed season for myself, the staff and our scout Chris Johnson. "Things have gathered some pace and we have already had a number of meetings to discuss things and what we can do better. "I am still talking to some of our out-of-contract players and we are mindful of what we want and need to improve the team if we can."
