Gillingham boss Mark Stimson has put Aaron Brown, Delroy Facey and Efe Sodje on the transfer list.
Defenders Brown and Sodje, along with striker Facey, are not part of Stimson's plans at Priestfield Stadium next season and can leave on loan or permanently.
Veteran centre-half Sodje finished last term on loan at Bury and has admitted an interest in a return to Gigg Lane.
He has been holding talks with the Gills regarding the cancellation of his contract, but has yet to find an agreement with the League Two side.
Brown can also leave Gillingham after failing to break into the first-team picture since Stimson took over as manager in November.
Facey was another player to have joined the club last summer, but he concluded the campaign on loan at Wycombe Wanderers.
