Northampton Town have tied up their swoop for Lee Williamson from League Two rivals Mansfield Town.The Stags accepted an undisclosed offer for the midfielder on Wednesday and personal terms were quickly agreed.
Williamson passed a medical at The Sixfields Stadium before penning a two-year deal with Colin Calderwood's side.
He is available for this weekend's clash with Notts County and will be aiming to make an immediate impression on Calderwood.
During his time at Field Mill, the 22-year-old made over 150 appearances for the club and captained the team on occasions.
