Watch the best Premier League saves from the sixth round of fixtures

There were some fantastic saves during the sixth round of fixtures in the 2017/18 Premier League season, and we have picked out some of the best in our round-up.

Petr Cech was at his best to deny Jay Rodriguez early on in Arsenal's 2-0 win over West Brom on Monday Night Football, tipping a low shot onto the post after Rodriguez had claimed to be brought down by Shkodran Mustafi.

Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford appears in this list again, and this time it's for a crucial save with his foot to deny Jermain Defoe with Bournemouth leading 1-0 at Goodison on Saturday. Everton went on to turn the game on its head with Oumar Niasse's late double securing victory.

Wayne Hennessey had a tricky afternoon at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday as Manchester City hit five against Crystal Palace. However, the Wales international did make one superb stop to deny Leroy Sane.

There were two standout saves in Sunday's fixture as Brighton beat Newcastle 1-0 at the Amex Stadium. Mathew Ryan was called into action early, parrying Mikel Merino's goal-bound strike to safety, before a scrambling Rob Elliot kept out Solly March's shot right on the goal line.
