Huddersfield Town have signed striker Jordy Hiwula from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.

The 20-year-old can play as a centre-forward and as a winger and has signed a three-year deal with the Terriers, who have the option of a fourth year.

Hiwula scored 19 goals in 30 games for City's development squad in 2013/14, earning him an international call-up to the England U19s squad.

He went on City's pre-season tour of Abu Dhabi ahead of last season, and has spent time on loan with Yeovil and Walsall.

Hiwula is the fourth summer signing for Huddersfield, following Dean Whitehead, Jason Davidson and Kyle Dempsey.
