Brighton striker Chris McPhee limped out a friendly with Lewes.
Brighton striker Chris McPhee limped out of the second half of Brighton's 1-0 friendly win over Lewes on Tuesday, after injuring the same foot that caused him to miss the season's start.
The 21-year-old was out for five weeks after suffering a fractured metatarsal during the summer, and is to undergo an X-ray to discover whether he has suffered a recurrence of the same injury.
Albion physio Malcolm Stuart told the club's official website: "The injury is on the same bone, but we won't know any more until we have the results of the X-ray later today (Wednesday)."
Ironically it was McPhee who scored the only goal of the game, which was arranged as part of the transfer deal that saw Albert Jarrett move to The Seagulls.
