Gill plays for Hampshire side Lymington & New Milton in the Jewson Wessex League Division One.
The 19-year-old has had an impressive goal-scoring record with The Linnets this season, having found the net 18 times in 22 matches so far.
Lymington boss Graham Kemp confirmed to planetfootball.com that Gill spent a two day trial at Premiership giants Chelsea last week.
Kemp said: "He spent two days there but they found him to be a year too old for their youth set-up."
Kemp also confirmed that Division One sides Bradford City and Portsmouth have been monitoring the youngster's progress and that Gill will spend the next couple of days with The Cherries.
Kemp added: "Bournemouth are keen to look at local players, so they will take a closer look at Kevin today (Tuesday) and tomorrow."
Meanwhile, fellow striker Warren Feeney will visit an ankle specialist towards the end of the week after breaking down during Saturday's FA Cup first round tie against Conference side Doncaster Rovers.
Feeney had just returned to the South Coast side's line-up after being out for up to two months with ankle ligament damage.
