Feeney is in negotiations with The Cherries regarding an extension to his two-year stay on the South Coast.
The 22-year-old's agent has been faxed the latest offer by the Third Division play-off winners and a resolution to the discussions is expected next week.
The former Leeds youngster finished the season on the sidelines with a knee injury and The Cherries are staying positive that the forward will ink a fresh deal.
"Warren is keen to stay at Bournemouth and Sean O'Driscoll wants to keep the squad together," a club spokesman told the Cherries' official website.
"Warren had a nightmare last season with injuries and hasn't yet had a chance to show a consistent run of his best form."
