Cheltenham Town have confirmed the signing of Barnet midfielder Sam Deering.
The 21-year-old turned down the chance to stay at Underhill and has now penned a two-year deal with The Robins.
Deering expressed his delighted at finalising his switch to the Whaddon Road.
"It's great to have signed and I knew I wanted to be here as soon as Mark [Yates] spoke to me," he said.
"I'm not here to fill anyone's shoes. I am here to play football for Cheltenham Town Football Club and I can't wait to get started."
