Bradford City have signed Paul Taylor from Peterborough United on a one-year deal.

The 29-year-old striker has joined the Bantams on a free transfer having left fellow Sky Bet League One side, Peterborough United, at the end of last season.

On his first spell at Peterborough United in 2011, he attracted the attention of clubs including Ipswich Town, where he moved to for a £1.5million fee the following season.

Liverpool-born Taylor was plagued by injuries during his time at Portman Road, but was back to fine form on his return to Peterborough last season.

During the 2016/2017 campaign, Taylor made 47 appearances in all competitions for The Posh and scored six goals.
