Double doubt for Bantams

Bradford pair James Hanson and Mark Yeates are early injury doubts for Saturday's Yorkshire derby clash with Sheffield United.

Hanson played the full 90 minutes in Saturday's defeat at Port Vale with a hand injury and it has since been confirmed the former Guiseley striker has fractured a small bone. Summer signing Yeates, keen to face his former club, has had a recent injection in a troublesome knee and has been advised to rest, although the winger is hoping to return to full training before the end of the week. Manager Phil Parkinson will delay his decision on whether to start with either player on Saturday until the last minute. Bradford beat the Blades in a Johnstone's Paint Trophy penalty shootout in November 2011 the last time the two sides met, but they have not faced each other in league action since the 2003/4 season.
