Sky Bet Championship: Rotherham manager Steve Evans happy with large squad

Rotherham boss Steve Evans is not worried about how he will keep everybody in his large squad happy this season.
The Scot has had a heavy recruitment drive this summer following the Millers' promotion to the Championship and has brought in 15 players, with more likely to follow in the next few days.
Those arrivals were added to a squad already high on quality and it means Evans is operating with 26 first-team players at his disposal.
With only 18 places available in a matchday squad, that inevitably means a large chunk of the Millers group will be sat in the stands.
But Evans is not worried about keeping people happy because he is always honest with his team selection.
"It's not about keeping players happy because the moment you don't pick them they're not happy," Evans said.
"The one thing about our dressing room is that they know that I select the team very, very honestly.
"I don't really buy into the 'you played at Wembley so you've earned the right to play', I don't buy into 'you've come to us for a transfer fee so you deserve to play' and I don't buy into the 'you've played 500 games in the Championship so you deserve to play', we are one of those clubs where we really demonstrate that if you deserve to play in the side it's because of performances.
"Players will accept not playing, players will accept being taken off, providing they know you are being honest.
"We always have disagreements with players, but I have never had one player who has said I haven't been 100 per cent honest when picking my team.
"That will continue because four promotions in four years tells you that we have a strategy that works."
