Rotherham goalkeeper Adam Collin has signed a one-year contract extension which ties him to the Sky Bet Championship club until the end of next season.
The 29-year-old joined the Millers on a free transfer from Carlisle in May 2013 and has since become the club’s first-choice keeper with 57 appearances already under his belt.
The highlight of his career with Rotherham so far was his double penalty save in the League One playoff final against Leyton Orient at Wembley last season as United clinched promotion.
Collin told the club’s official website: “It’s gone really well since I’ve joined and now I’m really glad to get another year under my belt and hopefully push on from here
“I’m pleased to be playing in the Championship, I believe I’ve been pretty solid and I’m looking for more of the same.”
Collin's heroics at Wembley saw him start the season as boss Steve Evans' number one but he lost his place to former England Under-21 international Scott Loach, who joined the club in the summer.
However, Collin quickly regained his spot between the sticks and has produced a number of fine performances.
He added: "The gaffer brought Scott in during the summer to add to the competition but I've fought hard and been lucky enough to keep my place.
"I was disappointed to get left out after Bolton, but I had a chat with the gaffer and we expressed our views in the right way, he makes the decisions and stuck to his word of putting me back in and I've done what I can to keep that shirt now and I just want to show what I can do in this league."
