The 31-year-old joined The Bees last week on a month's contract and made an eventful start to his career with the South West London club when he was sent off for alleged violent conduct during the season-opener at Tranmere Rovers on Saturday.
The former Bristol City hit-man, who likely faces a three-match ban for his dismissal at Prenton Park, will surely miss Tuesday's Carling Cup first round tie at First Division side West Bromwich Albion after turning his ankle in training on Monday.
The latest setback casts doubt over Beadle's immediate future at Griffin Park, as his contract expires on September 6 - the day he would be eligible to play again following his likely ban.
However, Bees boss Wally Downes condemned both Tranmere and referee Carl Boyeson for getting the big striker sent off on Saturday and that kind of backing may allow Beadle to receive a second chance to prove himself with his new club.
