Swindon have confirmed the signing of the former Charlton midfielder Alan McCormack.
The 27-year-old has agreed terms with his new club, becoming manager Paolo Di Canio's 12 signing since he arrived at the County Ground in May after signing a two-year deal. McCormack has made 214 career appearances, scoring 22 goals as the Irishman now competes with fellow midfielders Michael Timlin, Jonathan Smith, Simon Ferry and Oliver Risser for a starting place in Di Canio's starting XI.
