Barnet have confirmed that Ashley Carew has left the club by mutual consent.
The 23-year-old has made only one start for the Bees since October and had spent a spell out on loan with Blue Square South side Eastleigh.
Barnet boss Ian Hendon told the club's official website: "He's a good lad. Unfortunately he's not in our plans."
Carew added: "I am sad to leave, I hope to get back into the League with another club."
