Gunners teen in for Bees stay

Arsenal teenager Sead Hajrovic has extended his loan deal with Barnet for another month after expressing his desire to stay at the club.

The 18-year-old right-back has only featured twice for the Bees so far, playing 90 minutes against Plymouth and Shrewsbury, as several games were called off due to bad weather. He told Barnet's official website: "I'm impressed with the set-up of the club and, most importantly, I didn't want to leave without playing a game and proving myself. "I have now played two games and am excited with the possibility of playing even more." Manager Lawrie Sanchez said in his programme notes before Saturday's defeat to the Shrews he wants to extend the loans of other players such as Reading duo Michael Hector and Jordan Obita.
