Wycombe have confirmed a winding-up petition held against the club for an outstanding tax bill has been dismissed by the High Court.

A statement on the League Two club's official website revealed no further action would be taken against them following the settlement of an outstanding HMRC bill. Joint-chairman Don Woodward said: "The High Court hearing was a formality and we would like to thank HMRC for their cooperation. "A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to ensure the club can progress and we are confident that plans are in place to make this happen."
