Swindon have moved quickly to dismiss reports of Sean O'Hanlon's exit.Swindon Town have moved quickly to dismiss reports linking Sean O'Hanlon with a move away from The County Ground.
A bid has been lodged for the former Everton youngster, but The Robins are not interested in losing the services of their captain.
"In Sean's case he has come on immensely in his time with us and he is now captain of the club," said director Sandy Gray to the club's official website.
"We value him very highly and will not be accepting silly offers for anyone and we look to continue building for next season."
O'Hanlon, who has a year left on his contract, is not looking to leave Swindon and fully intends to lead out the side next season.
The 22-year-old is hoping the bulk of the squad is retained over the summer period in order to mount a promotion charge next time around.
"I'm happy and settled at Swindon Town," said O'Hanlon. "I've another year on my contract and I intend to see out that contract.
"Obviously there are circumstances which are out of your control. If an offer comes in for you then I'm sure the club will look at it.
"I see myself playing for Swindon next season. Hopefully the lads who are considering deals will decide to stay."
