Robinson satisfied despite loss

Manager Karl Robinson praised his MK Dons players despite a 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United.

Robinson was pleased with the way his team set about the match at Bramall Lane, despite being left empty-handed after goals from Richard Cresswell and Matt Phillips for the hosts rendered Stephen Gleeson's strike redundant. "We've competed and put on a show but we've got nothing to show for it. It was down to silly errors at certain times," he said. "I think the fans can go away feeling proud with the way we played. Some of their players have commented how good we were. I can definitely be proud of them. "We've come to a good football club with a lot of tradition. We're very young and we want to be where they've been. "I won't change the way we play. They'll find their form and shut a few people up."
