Red Imps top scorer Simon Yeo is also in line for a new deal, as is highly-rated defender Ben Futcher (pictured), who has attracted interest from a number of clubs.
Manager Keith Alexander could also be offered a new deal by chairman Rob Bradley, after a good couple of seasons with the club.
Alexander has led Lincoln into two play-off appearances, and will be looking for a third with the club currently in sixth place in League Two.
