Seven other members of The Hatters are in negotiations regarding new deals ahead of next season.
James Spencer, Ashley Williams, Mark Robinson, Keith Briggs, Adam Le Fondre, David Beharall and Ross Greenwood are all in talks regarding fresh contract terms.
The news comes as Stockport have offered manager Jim Gannon a new two-year contract following his efforts to retain the club's Football League status.
