The Swede left the club to join Kalmar, complaining of being homesick in Bristol, but he has had an about-turn and agreed to rejoin Ian Holloway`s promotion challengers.
Rovers also swooped for Robert Wolleaston, the Chelsea youngster, and Leicester City`s Jordan Stewart, whom Holloway has described as "a young Clive Wilson."
