The former West Ham player has attracted attention from a number of clubs after hitting double figures for Posh last season.
A number of clubs are keen to have the young playmaker on their books but Peterborough boss Barry Fry says nobody has matched their valuation of the player.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Lee Harrison,31, will extend his stay at the club on loan from Barnet for another month, as first choice keeper Mark Tyler is still out recovering from injury.
Tyler could be joined on the sidelines by Daid Farrell and Lee Clarke (both knee), Jason Lee who has flu and Australian defender Steve Laurie has damaged ankle ligaments and is set to be out of action for four weeks.
