Kieran Charnock has expressed his joy after signing for Peterborough United.Kieran Charnock has expressed his happiness after signing for Peterborough United.
The defender has agreed a three-year contract with Posh, who will pay an undisclosed fee to Blue Square Premier Division club Northwich Victoria.
Charnock spent four seasons with Northwich, having also played for Southport after being released by Wigan Athletic as a youngster.
The 22-year-old has linked up with Darren Ferguson's squad in Marbella and is happy to have the chance to play league football.
"I had just come back from holiday, it had been a matter of hours before Northwich told me that an offer had come in," Charnock told the club's official website.
"I went straight out to Marbella and I'm delighted to have signed."
