Aldershot midfielder Peter Vincenti has penned a new one-year deal at the League Two club.

The 25-year-old was signed from Stevenage by Dean Holdsworth last January, and featured in all but one of the Shots' remaining league games. He has been just as ever-present this season, making 47 appearances and netting four goals. Manager Holdsworth said: "I am delighted that Peter wants to stay with us. He has worked extremely well since his arrival and this is a good signing." Vincenti was just as delighted, adding: "I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived at the club. It enabled me to settle in quickly. I am really happy to be able to sign for another season. It is a good feeling and Aldershot Town is a club where I enjoy my football and that is important." Meanwhile, on-loan defender Sonny Bradley has been recalled by Hull manager Nick Barmby one month before his deal was due to expire, while midfielder Manny Panther has been released from his contract.
