Wycombe striker Jermaine Easter has attracted the interest of a club in Romania.
Wycombe Wanderers striker Jermaine Easter has attracted the interest of Romanian club Universitatea Craiova.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers trainee made headlines this week when he helped The Chairboys into the Carling Cup semi-finals by striking the winning goal in the quarter-final at Charlton Athletic on Tuesday evening.
Easter's exploits are thought to have prompted Universitatea to approach the League Two club regarding a possible £500,000 move in the January transfer window.
Craiova club official Vlad Rosca stated their admiration for the former Hartlepool United, Cambridge United, Boston United and Stockport County hit-man.
"We really like the way he plays and I hope he'll transfer to us," Rosca said in the Daily Mirror.
"He's very quick and good with the ball. I have spoken to Wanderers and, if they are open to a transfer, I would like to see him play."
