Abdelhalim El Kholti, Luke Dimech and Tommy Curtis (pictured) have joined on free transfers, while Curle has finally struck a deal for David Artell.
Mansfield had rejected two previous offers for the defender but have now accepted an undisclosed fee for the 24-year-old.
Artell has signed a two-year contract with Chester and is joined at the club by former Stags team-mates Dimech and Curtis.
Dimech was released at the end of the season by Carlton Palmer and has signed a 12-month deal, along with El Kholti, who was axed by Cambridge United.
Experienced midfielder Curtis negotiated his release from the remaining year of his deal at Field Mill on Wednesday and has now signed on at Chester for next season, much to the delight of Curle.
"As soon as I got the job they were players I identified and wanted to bring to the club," said Curle.
"I know how three of them play week in and week out and train week in and week out because I had them at Mansfield."
