Sky Sports has confirmed 14 more matches from the EFL to be shown up to the end of September as part of its biggest ever season of football.

The matches announced on Thursday include the first-ever Championship meeting between former European Cup winners as Aston Villa meet Nottingham Forest, while managers who have led teams to Champions League glory in Roberto Di Matteo and Rafa Benitez will come head-to-head.

Viewers will also be able to watch Sky Bet Championship newcomers Burton Albion's first game against local rivals Derby County, as well as the return of the East Anglian derby between Ipswich Town and Norwich City.

Sky Sports Head of Football, Gary Hughes, said: "The passion and support shown by EFL fans is second to none, and with local derbies and the meeting of some football giants these games will again offer up some of the EFL's great stories to supporters across the country.

"They continue an excellent 2016/17 season, with more football than ever before, and more ways to follow all the action that excites and entertains us."
