The Trinidad & Tobago international was granted an extension to his work permit by the department of employment earlier this week along with fellow countryman Hector Sam and has pledged his future to the Racecourse Ground.
The speedy winger told the club's official website: "I'm very happy that everything has been worked out and that our work permits were extended to allow us to stay."
Striker Sam also has an offer on the table but has asked for time to consider his future before committing to the Welsh club, but manager Denis Smith does not envisage any problems.
"I'm expecting Hector to sign on Monday.
"Things have moved quickly since the work permits were approved and there's certainly no problem with Hector taking a little more time to think things over."
