Rotherham's Ronnie Moore has been recognised as the League Two Manager of the Month for November.
The Millers won all three of their league matches last month to boost their promotion prospects.
They beat Port Vale and Torquay away from home before overcoming Lincoln 2-0 at the Don Valley Stadium.
Moore is delighted to claim the prize and praised his team for all their hard work.
"It is an award for everyone at the club," he told Rotherham's official website.
"I would love to win it two more times because then that would mean we wouldn't be too far from going up automatically."
Laurence Wilson of Morecambe was also named as the Player of the Month for League Two.
