Veteran defender signs until end of season

Torquay have brought in former St Mirren full-back Mo Camara on a short-term deal until the end of the season. The 34-year-old defender was released by the Buddies last month and will be available to face Port Vale on Saturday provided he receives international clearance. Camara arrives at Plainmoor as defensive cover as on-loan Tottenham teenager Sam Cox has been recalled by his parent club. Torquay boss Paul Buckle said: "Mo has bags of experience and arrives at a good time because Sam has gone back to Tottenham. "We need the squad to be strong and now we have added Mo for experience at the back and we have options up front because we brought Ashley Barnes in on loan from Plymouth at the start of the week."
