St Johnstone chairman Steve Brown says the club have not received any further bids for forward Michael O'Halloran.
Championship leaders Rangers have had two offers rejected for the 25-year-old, who was rested last weekend for St Johnstone's match against Hamilton.
Both were dismissed with Saints boss Tommy Wright insisting the player was not for sale for at the prices quoted claiming it was a 'matter of simple economics'.
O'Halloran, who was not 'mentally right' for the Accies match last weekend, could return for Saturday's trip to Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic at Celtic Park.
Speaking at Hampden following a meeting of the SPFL, Brown told a local TV station: "At the moment he's a St Johnstone player. He trained today and he is preparing for Saturday for the game against Celtic.
"At the end of the day we've not actively put Michael on the market, we've always said he's not for sale.
"If any offers come in we'll consider it and if it's not at a level that's acceptable to us then we won't accept it. We'd like to keep him but that really depends on if we get further bids.
