Rangers' injury-prone striker Jean-Claude Darcheville is hoping to stay fit between now and the end of the season.
The French forward has started only 20 out of Rangers' 51 games this term, mainly due to niggling injuries.
Darcheville has admitted failing to get a consistent run in Walter Smith's side has been frustrating, although he believes it could prove beneficial as he is feeling fresh.
"It has been frustrating for me because I have never had these kind of small injury problems before," he told the Evening Times.
"It has made things a bit stop-start for me and that has been annoying. I have tried to change my training and work on different things with the medical team and the fitness coach.
"And I feel good just now. Hopefully, there will be no more problems and I can play my part in the games we have remaining.
"The only positive for me is that I have not played a lot of games and feel quite fresh. There are a few players like that, with only three or four of the team playing in almost every game.
"The manager built a big squad and that has helped us, but from a personal point of view I am disappointed I have missed so many big games."
