Inverness won't sanction deal

Inverness have warned striker Marius Niculae that they will recall him if his move to Dinamo Bucharest is not finalised in the coming days. An initial fee of £400,000 has been agreed with the Romanian club to take Niculae back to his homeland. But director of football Graeme Bennett has told both Niculae and Dinamo that the deal will not be sanctioned until they are satisfied. "Caley Thistle had agreed a deal with the club and player verbally but hadn't yet got the paperwork," Bennett told the Daily Record. "We are going to retain Marius' registration until such time as all the legally-binding documents are in our hands. "In other words, Marius is not going to get international clearance to play for Dinamo this coming weekend until we are satisfied our side of the bargain is secure. "If this is not sorted in the next day or two, Marius will be coming back to Inverness."
