McCall steered the Steelmen to a Scottish Cup final and the Champions League qualifiers last season and reports suggested that he is a potential candidate to replace Steve Kean at Ewood Park.
But the 48-year-old has played down the speculation and is expected to hold contract extention talks with Motherwell in the near future.
"I'm very happy with what I'm doing and I focus on what I'm doing at the time. I have always done that as a player, coach and manager," he said.
"It's a terrific club to work for, Motherwell. They have been really good to me and it has worked well.
"It's a great group of players and backroom staff, not just on the football side, the office staff too.
"It's a tight-knit group and I enjoy coming into work every morning. There is a lot to be said for that, and I tell my players that when I'm trying to keep them.
"If you're happy in your work, then the grass isn't always greener. I'm certainly not pursuing anything."
When asked whether he would leave Fir Park in the future, McCall said: "I honestly don't think that far ahead.
"It's like anything, if somebody comes to you with an offer, you would look at it and probably discuss it but it's certainly not something that is on my mind."
