Rangers ticket fiasco costs Elgin chairman Graham Tatters £1,000
Elgin chairman Graham Tatters has been fined over the ticket fiasco which forced a game against Rangers to be postponed.

The Division Three club sold too many tickets for last month's meeting at Borough Briggs, forcing the game to be postponed.
The Scottish Football Association has already fined Elgin £25,000, and Tatters has now been sanctioned following a disciplinary hearing.
A fine of £5,000 was handed out, with £4,000 suspended for the rest of the season.
