Manager Neil Lennon and his squad were due to travel to Antalya on Monday but the flight to the coastal resort was cancelled.
A Celtic spokesperson said: "Unfortunately there was a problem with the incoming chartered aircraft, however we are looking to reschedule our departure for tomorrow."
The Scottish champions opted to postpone their home Premiership fixture with Kilmarnock on Saturday in order to undertake some warm-weather training.
During the break, they will take part in the Antalya Cup, in which they will face Trabzonspor on Thursday before facing either Ajax or Galatasaray at the weekend.
Celtic are currently 13 points clear at the top of the Premiership table, having played a game less than second-placed Aberdeen.
They are currently on a nine-game winning run in the league, with their most recent victory being a 4-0 win at St Mirren on Sunday.
