Kille stunned Celtic opening the scoring on 14 minutes through Gary McDonald, but The Bhoys hit back straight away with John Hartson levelling within a minute.
Gary Wales restored Killie's lead on 28 minutes, but again Celtic replied with Alan Thompson scoring from close-range on 36 minutes.
Thompson put Celtic in front for the first time a minute before the break with a free kick after David Lilley deliberately handled the ball.
Hartson completed the scoring with his second 20 minutes from time with a powerful header from Thompson's cross.
Rangers picked up their first win of the season with a convincing 4-0 win over Livingston at Ibrox.
Dado Prso grabbed his first goal for The Gers with the opener after just six minutes.
Young midfielder Stephen Hughes added a second for the hosts on 32 minutes to put Rangers in total control.
Hughes netted his second 12 minutes from time and Shota Arveladze added the fourth two minutes from time to wrap up the game for Alex McLeish's men
Tony Mowbray celebrated his first win in charge of Hibernian as they beat Motherwell 2-1 at Fir Park.
Garry O'Connor got Hibs off to a dream start with the opener after just two minutes, but Phil O'Donnell replied for the hosts on 20 minutes.
O'Connor grabbed his second 12 minutes from time to restore the lead for Hibs, but they were made to hold on for the win after Colin Murdoch and Grant Brebner in the dying moments of the clash.
Hearts dropped their first points of the season as they were held to a goalless draw by Aberdeen at Tynecastle.
