Efstathios Tavlaridis has had a major bust-up with Lille coach Claude Puel.
Efstathios Tavlaridis has had a major bust-up with Lille coach Claude Puel, possibly sparking his exit from the club.
The Greece international wanted to join Rangers recently and has found it hard to accept Lille's refusal of the Scottish club's offer.
On Sunday, he had an argument with Puel who reportedly told him to go home and not to return.
So the stopper was left out of the match with Toulouse in midweek and is expected to play in the reserves this weekend.
LOSC coach Puel has attempted to play down the reports.
"Tavlaridis is still at the squad's disposal," he said. "He has not been banned.
"We set reasonable competition and his comeback on relies on him."
Meanwhile, Yohan Cabaye (knee), Mathie Chalme (ankle) and Stephane Dumont (knee) are out injured for Lille.
