Derby defender Russell Anderson is looking to build on a positive end to last season's injury-plagued campaign.
The Scotland international was hampered by groin, hamstring and calf injuries last term, making just four starts and seven substitute appearances.
But he started three of the Rams' final four games and is looking to build on this platform next term.
He told the club's
official website: "It was nice to come back in and get some game time towards the end because it was a bitterly frustrating season for me.

"To get a few games under my belt was important to take into the summer.
"I had played four times for the reserves before coming back in so I felt sharp and in good shape for the last few months.
"To be out there playing again without any problems was a massive positive.
"I know I have to prove myself to everyone all over again in pre-season, but I am determined to take advantage of a fresh start next season."
Tough
But Anderson knows it will be tough to claim a regular starting place in the team.
"Competition for a spot will be fierce again, that is for sure," he said.
"Shaun Barker, Dean Leacock, Miles Addison and Jake Buxton are all good defenders and will want to be in the side.
"They will be desperate to impress the manager in training and be in the team."
