Goalkeeper Jamie Langfield and striker Jonny Hayes have signed deals tying them to the club until the summer of 2016.
And young midfielder Peter Pawlett, who made his debut for the Dons just days after his 16th birthday in February 2007, has signed on until the end of the following season.
Langfield, 33, has been almost ever-present since 2007 after taking time to settle following his move from Dunfermline two years earlier.
Dublin-born Hayes, a Republic of Ireland U21 international, moved to Pittodrie in the summer of 2012 and has scored two goals in 14 matches this season while Pawlett, a product of the club's youth system, has established himself as a regular over the past two seasons.
Manager Derek McInnes believes the commitment shown by his players will give the team, currently third in the Premiership table, a boost ahead of this weekend's trip to Parkhead.
"These lads want to win something with Aberdeen, make no mistake about that," he told the club's website.
"They did not take much persuading to continue their careers here. All three are very important to the club and will have signficant roles to perform in the months ahead.
"We have made a decent start to the season but are far from the finished article and it's important to keep your best players.
"Knowing Jamie, Johnny and Peter have committed to the long-term enables us to have continuity going forward and, in the short term, gives everyone a lift ahead of the weekend trip to Celtic."
