The 23-year-old striker has struggled to settle in Turkey with Trabzonspor since a move last summer from Sparta Prague and he is now ready to try his hand in Scotland.
Jun's agent, David Nehoda, has confirmed that he has had contact with Hearts with regards to his client and that should the SPL side be willing, a deal could well be struck.
''Tomas is keen to try Scotland and wants to get away from Turkey,'' Nehoda told the Evening News.
''If we get the correct offer from Hearts he will have no problem moving to Edinburgh.
''We are awaiting a response from Hearts but we have other offers from Nurnberg, Sporting Lisbon and Heerenveen.
''I think at first we would look at a six-month loan deal with the option of a permanent move after that.''
Meanwhile, Hearts have been handed a boost with the news that star midfielder Rudi Skacel is keen to remain at the club.
''I have had discussions with Mr Romanov and Rudi is happy with what Hearts have put to him,'' said Skacel's agent Viktor Kolar.
''He wants to stay because there is nowhere else he would rather play his football at the moment.''
Whilst Hearts boss Graham Rix could see his squad bolstered by the arrival of Jun, he will have to do without Neil McCann after the new boy from Southampton tore his medial ligaments at the weekend in an injury that will rule him out for two months.
