The Scottish Football Association has banned Hearts' Jamie Walker and Hibernian's Lewis Stevenson for two matches after the pair clashed at the end of Sunday's Edinburgh derby.
The Tynecastle match, which ended 2-1 in favour of the home side, was a tempestuous affair with two players red- carded and six others booked.
In added time, Stevenson challenged Walker near the corner flag, a tackle that prompted a coming together between the two players; referee Willie Collum took no action at the time.
Stevenson was charged with 'serious foul play by stamping or attempting to stamp on an opposing player' while Walker's charge related to 'violent conduct by headbutting or attempting to headbutt an opposing player.'
Both clubs announced that they will not contest the charges and therefore Walker will be banned for two matches, the Petrofac clash with Livingston on Wednesday and Saturday's league match with Raith Rovers.
Stevenson will sit out Hibs' league match against Falkirk and the League Cup second round match against Dumbarton on Tuesday August 26.
