Hibernian's celebrations of their first Scottish Youth Cup title in nine years were bitter sweet as the youngsters broke the trophy in the aftermath of the final.
Despite Aberdeen taking an early lead at Hampden Park on Thursday night, Hibs were able to mount a comeback to win the game 3-1.
However, the team's delight was quickly flattened when the trophy seemingly fell apart in the hands of the players, leaving the squad with their heads in their hands.
Aberdeen took an early lead through Connor McLennan, but a Joe MacPherson own-goal at the half-hour mark put Hibs back in the game.
Two second-half goals from Ryan Porteous and Jamie Gullan were enough to secure Hibs their first Scottish Youth Cup title since 2009.
Hibs had been favourites ahead of the final, having beaten Aberdeen in the league 2-0 two weeks ago.
It capped off a memorable season for Hibs, who added the Scottish Youth Cup title to their league trophy.
